O’Rourke returns!

The latest player to join Bridgend Ravens ahead of the 17/18 campaign is second row Shaun O’Rourke.

Another returning Bridgend player, Shaun is welcomed back to the club after a stint in North Wales with RGC 1404 and joins the club from Llanishen.

O’Rourke linked up with the Ravens at the tail end of the 16/17 campaign featuring in our wins against Swansea and Cardiff from the replacements bench. He’d previously pulled on the blue and white jersey a further 19 times between 2012 and 2014. His move to the Brewery has now been made a permanent one and he bolsters an already talented second row division ahead of the commencement of pre-season.

‘It’s a great honour for me to have been asked to re-join Bridgend ahead of next buy klonopin with mastercard season. I really enjoyed my time at the club last time around and being in the mix towards the end of last season.

I enjoyed playing with the great bunch of boys at the club and I’m really looking forward to playing for Bridgend once again. I can’t wait for the season to start now.’

Having sealed the signing of O’Rourke, Matt Silva commented.

‘This is a great signing for us at Bridgend and for Shaun . He will add some much needed bulk into our forwards and provide us with a big ball carrying option in attack.

Shaun has had an unsettled few seasons and is looking forward to getting back to his best at Bridgend.’
