Bridgend Ravens would like to congratulate club captain Ben Thomas for his selection in the Premiership XV for tomorrows game against Georgia at the Riverside Hardware Brewery Field.
The game kicks off at 7pm, and head coach Simon King and team manager Wayne Hall have selected an experienced side to take on the Georgians, who defeated Russia 46-0 just 10 days ago.
Bridgend Ravens destroyed bottom side Tonmawr with an 8 try victory at the Whitworth Ground.
The Ravens coasted to a stunning victory with a penalty try and scores from Arthur Ellis (2), Jonny Vaughan, Lee Davies, Steve Cullen, Gareth Howells and Wales under 20’s centre Nathan Edwards. Dai Flanagan added 6 conversions and 2 penalties, with replacement fly half, Dan Griffiths rounding off the rout with a 7th conversion.
Bridgend Ravens have named their side to take on Tonmawr on Saturday in the Principality Premiership. Having had to field a depleted side of late due to Ospreys/international call ups, the Ravens welcome back a number of players for this vital encounter..
