Bridgend Ravens look to get back to winning ways with a trip to a rejuvenated Swansea RFC on Saturday afternoon (2:30pm).

The Ravens head to St Helens on the back of a defeat to North Wales powerhouse RGC by 38pts to 17. Most in attendance that day would agree the scoreline was a little harsh on the efforts of the young Bridgend side who'd previously beaten Aberavon (16pts to 13) and Neath (78pts to 5).
Swansea are on a fantastic run of form. They've won four on the spin and their last league outing saw them dispose of fellow strugglers Llanelli by 38pts to 10. Prior to this, there's been impressive wins over RGC (17pts to 31), and Bedwas (30pts to 10) which leaves them one place and ten points ahead of the Ravens in the current league placings.

Bridgend largely stick with the squad that steered them to two wins out of three in December. Cai Evans continues at full back in a back three alongside Caine Woolerton and Aaron Grabham. Nathan Edwards pairs up with Morgan Jones in the centre. Jamie Murphy makes his 150th Bridgend Ravens appearance at 10, with Chris Williams at scrum half.
Jordan Collier continues his run at 8; Tom Morgan and Adam O'Driscoll his back row compatriots. Shaun O'Rourke reclaims his starting jersey after injury alongside Ben Jones who was Man of the Match last time out. Rhodri Apsee, Gareth Harvey and Cai Lewis are the front row.
Bridgend XV: 15. Cai Evans 14. Aaron Grabham 13. Morgan Jones 12. Nathan Edwards 11. Caine Woolerton 10. Jamie Murphy 9. Chris Williams
1. Rhodri Apsee 2. Gareth Harvey 3. Cai Lewis 4. Shaun O'Rourke 5. Ben Jones 6. Tom Morgan 7. Adam O'Driscoll 8. Jordan Collier
