With the Principality Premiership season now well underway, caught up with boiler house operator James Little ahead of a trip to his former club, Newport, on Saturday afternoon.
After joining from the Black and Ambers in the summer, Little has had to bide his time for an opportunity in a second row rich with talent. He's played a vital role in the last two outings; against Merthyr and Llandovery, and is looking forward to the next match-up at Rodney Parade.
Little picked up the Supporters Man of the Match award infront of the ScrumV cameras in defeat at Merthyr before starring as Bridgend ended their 10 year hoodoo against the Drovers last weekend. There's plenty to play for as Bridgend head East in search of another victory.
Ahead of the game, James commented 'We all know what is at stake this season so to get that win against a strong Llandovery side is massive for us as a club.

The win sets us up nicely and puts us in a good position leading up to this weeks game against a strong Newport side.

I’ve got many friends both on and off the field at Newport so I’ve been looking forward to this fixture for quite some time.'

Bridgend Ravens are running a supporters bus to Rodney Parade. The bus will leave Sadlers Bar at 12:30, returning to the club following the match at 5pm. The cost to travel is just £10 for Adults, with Children priced at £5. Please contact Aled Thomas on 07532196963 as soon as possible to book your place.
