Ravens pre season training gets underway

The Ravens' pre season campaign is well underway, under the watchful eyes of the coaching staff as players old and new look to make their mark ahead of the 2013-14 season.

Being held at Pencoed College, the sessions are involving mainly conditioning at this stage as the team build up the intensity both in the gym and on the field. Jason Larkman (Conditioning Coach) and Kyle Barrett (Assistant Conditioning Coach) will be responsible for getting the players in the very best shape they can be, while Ben Rose, Paul Young and Dan Griffiths fine tune the playing skills.
