Bridgend Ravens welcome Carmarthen Quins to the Morganstone Brewery Field on Friday evening looking to return to winning ways (7:15pm).
The Ravens' upturn in form hit a snag last time out when Llanelli avenged their reversal earlier this season by putting Bridgend to sword by 23-18. It was a lacklustre performance by Matt Silva's charges and they are under no illusions of the challenge that Carmarthen will pose on Friday.
The Quins sit second in the Principality Premiership West table with eight wins to their name so far this season - one which came against Bridgend earlier this season by 30-28. Bridgend earned a double bonus point in defeat and were arguably the better side on the afternoon and unlucky not to win. Two tries from Dylan Moss and one score apiece from Owen Watkin and Owain Lloyd took Bridgend to within a whisker of causing an upset but the hosts held firm to secure victory.
Ed Doe comes in at 15, with Aaron Grabham and Ryan Griffiths picked alongside him in the back three. Joseph Gatt and last week's Man of the Match Nathan Edwards are paired in midfield, with Ryan Evans and Harri Morgan at half back.
The front row is Owen Jordan, Iestyn Merriman and Cai Lewis. Wales U20's Jack Pope is joined by Kieran Martin in the second row, and the back row comprises of Owain Lloyd, Zac O'Driscoll and Matthew John.
